It’s no secret that exercise is good for you. But with so many types of exercise modalities out there, let alone the exercises themselves, it’s difficult to know where to start. However, some of the best exercise modalities for health and wellbeing include aerobic exercise, strength training, and flexibility training. Aerobic exercise is any type of activity that increases your heart rate and breathing. This can include activities like walking, running, biking, or swimming.
