Love > Fear Nordine has made me feel compelled to evolve. Not only has he built up my confidence, or self-worth, but he has also helped to break my fear down. “A lot of long-distance swimmers have been followed or visited by sharks on their trips but, alas, have never been eaten or attacked.” This simple metaphor out-logics any obstacle. My path involves bodybuilding as well as Nordine’s so his confidence is a sense of truth. Few people are voted best in the world at something so Nordine’s experience is a sort of existential and archetypal truth of adventure and discipline in humanity. His mindset has shown me that there is much more to fear in waiting on shore than there is in swimming out into the open ocean.I don’t believe in coincidence, I believe God put InnerFitness into my life to tell me what I was too scared to face myself. I believe that he did that through Nordine because Nordine has accomplished the highest level of what I seek to compete for in my life. I recommend this book to anyone looking for more out of themselves. This doesn’t tell you to do more and try harder, it explains why you aren’t able to ‘try harder’ and shows you the magical ways you can want to try harder. Training your mind is even more important than training your body! Great information and a good read especially chapter 9 on sleep! During medical school and residency sleep was not valued and at that age sometimes not thought to be as important. Also, some highly successful people downplay the role of sleep, but medical studies show otherwise. Great info in this book. be nice to yourself and read it.Thanks Nordiene!

We all work in a very competetive field.i feel stressed all the time at my job because of what i do and who i work for. Inner Fitnessmade me rethink the way i want to move forward in life, i set my plan in motion and go from here.Sorry i am not great with fancy words …but i wished i had this book 10 years ago
