To receive a refund for any physical products, you must return everything that was shipped to you, including any bonuses, and we must receive it at our offices before the 30-day period has passed.
There are no refunds allowed on our retreats or events unless otherwise stated on the order form when you placed your order. No refunds are offered on any free plus shipping offers.
